This page explains what happens to the details you share with Arcoviq Technologies through this website. In short: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don't use cookies, analytics or ad trackers.
Messages you send through the contact form
When you send a message, we receive:
- your name and email address,
- what you're building and your timeline, if you choose them,
- your message,
- a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent, used only to stop spam and limit repeated messages.
The message is stored in a database on Cloudflare and forwarded to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it.
Booking a call
The booking window is provided by Cal.com. The details you enter there (such as your name, email and notes) are handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, and the call is set up in Google Calendar with a Google Meet link.
If you message us on LinkedIn, that conversation is handled under LinkedIn's privacy policy.
How we use your details
Only to reply to you and to talk about your project. We don't sell or share them for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep them
We keep messages while we're talking with you about a project, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what you've sent. Send the request through the contact form or on LinkedIn, and we'll handle it within 30 days.
